The basic programme covers all aspects involved in setting up a clinical audit, including audit preparation; indicator selection, creating databases, implementing the audit, collating the data, understanding and making sense of the data you have collected, and then learning how to successfully disseminate the audit findings.

Advanced Clinical Audit Skills

Geared towards succeeding where most clinical audits fail: the end stages of the audit cycle and Re-Audit. Including the production of comprehensive audit reports, successful implementation of positive changing that adhere to best practice, and involving key stakeholders. This session guides the auditor in raising standards that aim towards delivering quality services to the patient
